Important Things to Know
Oecussi overland: Separate visa on arrival required at Wini border checkpoint, or get in advance from Timor-Leste embassy/consulate or Ministry of Interior in Dili
Atambua-Batugade border (from Indonesia): Can purchase visa on entry or get in advance from embassy/consulate in Denpasar or Kupang
30 USD visa fee payable in cash only
If bringing cash/travellers cheques worth 20,000 USD or more, must get authorization from Central Bank before arrival
